Jiangyin Huaxin Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Joint Venture company funded by China and Hong Kong.

Jiangyin Huaxin Lighting Electronics Co.,Ltd is the wholly owned subsidiary company of Jiangyin Huaxin Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.

JIANGYIN HUAXIN ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD. is engaged in the research, development and manufacturing of international standard EI type silicon steel sheets and non-standard lamination (magnetic cores for motors, ballasts, power switches, and automobile ignitors). We also design and manufacture high speed progressive dies.

HUAXIN employ 200 specialized staff, among whom 30 are technicians holding above technical degrees, 8 engineers and 8 enterprise management personnel. Our company has introduced about 30 full-automatic high-speed precision punching presses of 200T, 125T, 80T, 60T, 45T and 25T from Japan and South Korea.

HUAXIN boast 200 pairs of various high speed progressive die and 2 sets of high precision slitting equipment. Our company also has advanced heat treatment equipment with the annual handling capacity of 10,000MT and a full set of die processing equipment of ROBOFIL390 Charmilles slow-feeding wire-cut machines.

Moreover, HUAXIN have also purchased COORD3 coordinate measuring machines, image testers, iron loss testers and other high precision measuring instruments from Italy.

HUAXIN can manufacture 30,000MT of various silicon steel sheets and crushed products, with the annual heat treatment handling capacity of 10,000MT. We can develop, design and manufacture 100 pairs of standard or non-standard high speed progressive dies.

Over the past years, HUAXIN have constantly stuck to the tenets of customers' satisfactions and deemed continuous improvement as our permanent pursuits. Guided by the quality guidelines, we attach great importance to processes and results.

New management philosophy has always been introduced from the die development, design and manufacture to the product making. So far, we have brought in the management tools of ERP, FMEA, PFMEA, and SPC, so as to meet the product requirements and enhance the customers' satisfactions. In the meantime, we manufacture auxiliary products for some famous brands both nationally and internationally in transformer, electrical tool, household appliance and automobile accessory industries.

The main products of company are various energy-saving transformers, ballasts series and other matching products for lamps. Since establishment the company has been devoting to the research of electromagnetic technology and has set up Jiangyin Huaxin Electronic Science &Technology Institute, cooperating with a well-known university and employing experts to conduct specific R & D to such electromagnetic products as precision stamping, inductive ballast high frequency transformer, control transformer, power transformer, etc. Nowadays ,it has possessed more than 10 self-owned intellectual property rights and succeeded in researching &developing and manufacturing new type inductive ballast (energy saving and material saving) with self-owned intellectual property rights in its industry. According to inspection and identification of exports, the overall performance and index of the inductance ballast have reached the international leading level.
